Welcome to PrepMind (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website prepmind.academy (the “Site”) and the services we provide, including access to our AI-powered finance interview preparation platform (the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.

1. Service Provider

Payment processing and billing are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Paddle provides customer billing, invoicing, tax compliance, and payment support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Service. By using PrepMind, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping your account secure.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

  • Access to PrepMind requires a paid subscription (monthly or annual).

  • Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles VAT, sales tax, and invoicing.

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or via Paddle’s customer support.

  • You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not made significant use of the Service (as determined at our discretion).

  • After the 7-day period, all payments are non-refundable.

  • In the event of billing errors, Paddle may issue refunds in accordance with their buyer protection policies.

6. Use of the Service

You agree to:

  • Use PrepMind only for personal learning and preparation purposes.

  • Not share, resell, or sublicense your account or content without written permission.

  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, tools, and content on PrepMind are owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal use only.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that PrepMind will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will guarantee interview outcomes. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use of PrepMind after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
