These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website prepmind.academy (the “Site”) and the services we provide, including access to our AI-powered finance interview preparation platform (the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.

We want you to have confidence when subscribing to PrepMind.

1. Eligibility

  • You are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

  • Refund requests must be submitted via Paddle’s customer support (as Paddle is the Merchant of Record).

2. Conditions

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase.

  • You have not made significant or excessive use of the Service.

  • After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.
